Florence has been the inspiration and love of so many writers, artists and poets, who depicted it in their works. It gave the world Michelangelo, Dante, Botticcelli, the composer Jean-Baptiste Lully, the fashion designers Roberto Cavalli and Salvatore Ferragamo, the painter Modigliani, etc... It’s almost impossible to document the number of people who have been inspired by this great Renaissance city. One could spend an entire lifetime getting to know its secrets, but as we have only one day we will explore the marvels of this open-air museum on a one-hour guided walking tour.

13:30 Lunch with a glass of wine on Via Tornabuoni, known for its luxury shops and boutiques.
After lunch you will have a couple of hours to explore: soaking up its beauty, visiting its famous museums like the Uffizi or Pitti Palace, exploring churches, or spending your money in the many tempting shops and boutiques.
17:00 Drive back to Montalcino.
